A long time friend of mine name Stephanie Salvador wanted headshots for her son Jordan Salvador and when she came to me for photographs I was ecstatic! Jordan Salvador is one of the cutest and most photogenic little boy I have seen in my life! Okay I might be going a little too far but he is def. a cutie. I decided to use a park in the Antelope Valley as out photoshoot site. All lighting in photographs are natural and I used my 50mm. Hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I do.

Yes. I know what you are thinking. Another blog with another cliche statement. Yes I am guilty of this… But nevertheless I wanted to dive into my more creative and dark side using my camera as my paintbrush. These were all done in different sections of my own home and the source of lighting is nothing but a 10$ Ikea spot lamp. I really enjoyed diving into my creative side and managed to pull out some nifty photographs. I hope you enjoy.

Another photoshoot venture in L.A. It’s been several weeks now since I started and I feel that I am slowly working my way up the photo-knowledge ladder and understanding what makes a good photo. I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate photography as an art ever since I started this passion for photography. Today my good friend and photo mentor Kevin Le Vu showed me how to incorporate reflectors in my work. ” It’s amazing what natural light and reflections can do to a picture. Thanks to Tanner Ott who was our amazing model and to Angelica Datuin who helped out as well. Hope you enjoy my photos!

2009. A new year. A new beginning. My good friend Kevin Le Vu presented me an opportunity that I couldn’t resist. That was to come along and shoot my first ever photoshoot. It was quite a rush because I never realized how much goes into taking a single picture. The models were good friends of Kevin Le Vu who are now my good friends as well! Hope you enjoy my first photoshoot pictures.

First off I just want to thank everyone who has visited and made comments on my blogsite. Photography is definitely my # 1 passion but the constant encouragement surrounding me is a plus. ….. With that said, a couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to take pictures of Thomas and Annie along with my good friend Kevin Le Vu. Hope you enjoy my hard work!

“We all have to start somewhere.” So its been about three weeks since I started playing around with my Canon EOS 40D and boy I never realized how much work goes into taking a single picture. But thank goodness for awesome friends to teach me the ropes of photography. I decided to take my new found skills and test it out in LA. Thanks to Kevin Le Vu and Angelica Datuin who were kind enough to be my models for the day!
